NY Food and Wine Festival at Stone Barns

I was lucky enough to go to Blue Hill at Stone Barns for the NY Food and Wine Festival the other weekend. We went on a tour of the farm and ate a 4 course lunch which was tasty as always. The tour was very insightful and gave you an appreciation of knowing where your food is coming from before it ends up on your plate, something we don't often think about.
Not only did I get married at Stone Barns 3 years ago but we had also recently printed Dan Barber's (chef and co-owner) wedding invitations which was a nice coincidence.
They have many events in the fall worth checking out on their site. Plus it is worth the trip just to purchase the bread that is sold at the cafe, it is off the charts.
